Hola, como estáis?

Hoy os traigo un post de mis vacaciones. Os enseñaré fotos de lugares que visite.

Lo que nosotros hicimos fue un poco de todo, playa, visitar ciudades y pueblos, poblados Talayóticos, etc.

Si tenéis pensado ir de vacaciones, lo mejor es planificar que ver según vuestros gustos. Porque se puede hacer de todo.

Aquí os enseño unas fotos y una breve explicación del lugar y lo que hicimos nosotros.

Today I bring you a post of my vacations. I'll show you photos of places I visit.

What we did was a little of everything, beach, visiting towns and villages, villages Talayóticos, etc.

If you plan to go on vacation, it is best to plan what to see according to your tastes. Because you can do everything.
Here I show you some pictures and a brief explanation of the place and what we did.





Esta pequeña cala, estaba al lado de nuestro hotel, desde nuestra ventana se veía y se podían escuchar las olas. Lo malo la cantidad de avispas que había, fue una odisea hacer las fotos.

This small cove, was next to our hotel, from our window it looked and you could hear the waves. The bad the amount of wasps there was, it was an odyssey to take the photos.
 

Nuestro hotel (HYB Sea Club) esta situado en Cales Piques y al lado esta el Pont d'en Gil. Nosotros hicimos una de las "rutas de cavalls" que estaba cerca del hotel. Mi recomendación es llevar zapatillas de deporte y bebida. Sin darte cuenta, puedes andar varios kilómetros.

Our hotel (HYB Sea Club) is located in Cales Piques and next to it is the Pont d'en Gil. We did one of the "ruta de cavalls" that was near the hotel. My recommendation is to wear sneakers and drink. Without realizing it, you can walk several kilometers.

Uno de los platos típicos de Menorca es la caldereta de langosta y en Fornells es donde más se cocina. Los restaurantes más conocidos van bajo reserva, pero encontramos uno que hacian menú degustación, y nos salió más barato. Encontramos una pequeña cala donde habían rocas y muchos peces. Perfecta para bucear.  

One of the typical dishes of Menorca is the caldereta of lobster and in Fornells is where more is cooked. The best known restaurants go under reservation, but we found one that did tasting menu, and it came out cheaper. We found a small cove where there were rocks and many fish. Perfect for snorkeling.

Una manera de ver y poder bañarte en las calas más bonitas y famosas, es hacer una excursión en barco. Nosotros por hacer la reserva online nos ahorramos un 10%.
Lo bueno es que ves cuevas y calas, que si no vas en barco, es muy difícil. Y la cala más famosa "Cala Turqueta", al llegar en barco, puedes nadar entre peces ya que te dejan en una zona donde no hay mucha gente. Para mi fue una experiencia diferente el poder nadar entre tantos peces.

The good thing is that you see caves and coves, that if you do not go by boat, it is very difficult. And the most famous cove "Cala Turqueta", when arriving by boat, you can swim among fish as they leave you in an area where there are not many people. It was a different experience for me to swim among so many fish.

Pudimos disfrutar de las fiestas de Mahón.

En la Cala Morell, hay unas cuevas talayóticas y cerca una playa con muchas rocas, y muchos peces.

In the Cala Morell, there are Talayótic caves and near a beach with many rocks, and many fish.

Visitamos varios días Ciutadella, ya que estaba a cinco minutos en coche desde nuestro hotel. Visitamos la Catedral y un monasterio con un museo. Recorrimos el puerto y sus calles. Allí hicimos todas las compras de productos típicos para comer.

We visited several days in Ciutadella, as it was a five minute drive from our hotel. We visited the Cathedral and a monastery with a museum. We toured the port and its streets. There we did all the shopping for typical products to eat.

Nosotros fuimos en barco desde Barcelona, para poder ir con nuestro coche. Era más barato que alquilar uno, y como conduzco yo, siempre prefiero llevar mi coche. En el hotel había parking siempre. El último día, antes de ir a Mahón a coger el barco, aprovechamos para visitar uno de los pueblos más famosos talayóticos.  Este es uno de sus símbolos. Veréis más fotos en uno de mis looks, ya que aproveche para hacerme fotos.  

We went by boat from Barcelona, to be able to go with our car. It was cheaper than renting one, and as I drive, I always prefer to take my car. In the hotel there was parking provided. On the last day, before going to Mahon to take the boat, we took the opportunity to visit one of the most famous Talayotic villages. This is one of its symbols. You will see more photos in one of my looks, and take the opportunity to take pictures.
